Payment Methods and Shipping Information for Metaglam

Payment Methods
Metaglam accepts the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can use one payment method per order unless combining a Metaglam gift card with a credit card.

Order Charges
Orders are charged at the time of placement. You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placement by using the "Cancel" button available on the checkout or account page. Refunds for canceled items or orders will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Timelines

  • Processing: Orders placed after 12 PM ET are processed the next business day. Processing and shipping occur Monday–Friday in the order they are received.

  • Standard Shipping (3–10 business days): $12 (free for orders over $195 after discounts and taxes; excludes Hawaii and Alaska).

  • Expedited Shipping Options:

    • 3 Business Days: $17
    • 2 Business Days: $25
    • Next Business Day: $45

  • Hawaii and Alaska Shipping: Standard Ground Shipping only – $50

Note: Expedited orders placed before 12 PM ET ship the same business day; orders placed after this time ship the following business day. Shipping guidelines are subject to delays due to carrier issues, weather, incomplete addresses, or high order volumes.

Limitations:

  • No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or to PO Boxes/APO addresses.
  • U.S. shipping excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Order Changes or Cancellations
Metaglam allows changes, cancellations, and address modifications depending on your order status. Once an order is shipped, address changes are not possible.
