Metaglam Returns and Exchanges Policy:
Metaglam accepts returns on all merchandise except items marked as Final Sale. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@metaglam.com within 21 days of your order’s shipment date. Unauthorized returns of damaged or worn Final Sale items will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Gift boxes are non-returnable. For purchases made between November 10th and December 25th, 2023, returns or exchanges will be accepted until January 15th, 2024. Final Sale items remain ineligible for returns or exchanges during this period.
Metaglam reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that: Does not comply with our return policy. Is worn, washed, or missing tags. Exhibits signs of use (e.g., for photoshoots or production purposes). Is part of a repetitive or unreasonable return pattern associated with your account.
Footwear Returns must be returned with the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. Returns will not be accepted if the shoebox is damaged or missing.
Return Shipping Costs:

If you opt to use your own return carrier, Metaglam is not responsible for any lost returns. Please ensure proper tracking and secure packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
To begin the process, contact our support team at support@metaglam.com and provide the following details:
- Order number.
- Item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Reason for return or exchange.
Our team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.
Processing Time for Refunds and Exchanges:
- Once we receive your return, allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.
- Exchanges will be processed based on the availability of the requested item(s).
Returns from Afterpay and Shop Pay Purchases:
If you paid via Afterpay or Shop Pay and wish to return an item, contact support@metaglam.com to initiate the return process. Afterpay or Shop Pay will process the appropriate refunds once notified by Metaglam.
Returns for Gifts:
To return a gifted item for store credit or an exchange, contact support@metaglam.com and provide as much information as possible about the original purchase (e.g., purchaser’s name, email, or order details). If the gift was purchased in-store, please contact the specific store location.
Tracking Your Return:
If you ship your return, we recommend keeping your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your return.
